TS2

TS2 is the second transferable skills module and aims to develop entrepreneurship skills of ESRs, and
guide their professional and career development. TS2 module will cover two parts which are partly
informed by the UK Research Development Framework:

- Entrepreneurship/Enterprise: knowledge exchange, commercialisation, social enterprise.
- Professional and career development: career management, continuing professional
development, responsiveness to opportunities, networking, reputation and esteem.
